• More “dialogue and feedback” writing prompts that were initiated in the LIFE CONTEXT workshops
• Added attention to non-cognitive and spiritual life-narrative experiences such as dreams, meditation imagery and utilization of creative non-diagnostic metaphors and images.
• Imagining your life narrative “into the future” with an emphasis on artistic / spiritual inclinations that include artistic leanings and imaginative usage of life history remembrances.
• Journal explorations of one’s “ultimate concerns” pertaining to belonging and purpose.
• Preparing your personal “prayer that prays itself” as a mantra crystal.
